What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across software engineering and delivery teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and establish hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels like LinkedIn Recruiter and internal ATS systems.
  • Assess candidates for technical capabilities and cultural alignment through screening interviews.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring engineering roles.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the closing process in collaboration with HR and delivery teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience.
  • Proven ability to recruit for contract and permanent roles in high-demand technical areas.
  • Excellent sourcing skills with a track record of success in competitive talent markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting for global engineering or product development teams.
  • Familiarity with modern software development environments and project-based hiring models.
  • Ability to speak an additional language (e.g., Portuguese or Spanish) for LATAM recruitment.
