Salary: $114,250 - $162,750 USD

What you will do

• Lead the preparation and review of federal and state income tax filings.
• Manage quarterly and annual tax provision processes, including ASC 740 reporting and audit support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to assess the tax impact of business initiatives.
• Develop and implement process improvements for tax workflows, leveraging AI and automation tools.
• Mentor and manage members of the tax team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive tax experience, ideally in both public accounting and in-house corporate settings.
• Expertise in U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance and provision processes, including ASC 740.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools to streamline tax-related tasks such as data extraction, research, and documentation.
• Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements in a high-growth or tech-driven environment.
