What you will do

• Own end-to-end accountability for the product’s business performance, including financial results, operational outcomes, and long-term sustainability.
• Define success metrics, establish clear performance reporting, and translate results into informed adjustments to strategy, investment, and operating plans.
• Build key rituals and working relationships across the wider studio organization, the global publisher, parent company, and central teams.
• Develop and manage the annual calendar and rhythm of the business, including strategic planning and financial cycles.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders from game development and publishing to set a unified vision and strategy for the game.
• Lead and guide key internal and external stakeholders across publishing, including Marketing, Sales, and PR.

Requirements

• 15+ years’ experience in general management, including business strategy, organizational design/transformation, HR, and financial management.
• Multiple years' experience leading a mid-size studio, game, or publisher.
• Experience in an Executive Producer or General Manager role for a game is strongly desired.
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-discipline teams in game development and/or publishing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to build trusted relationships across the organization.
• Fluent in English.
