What you will do

• Monitor project costs, utilization rates, and cash flow to ensure financial adherence and collection targets.
• Manage sales and project pipelines, coordinating with Business Development to convert leads and provide revenue visibility.
• Develop and maintain financial and operational models, preparing accurate management reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Oversee production resourcing, manage external vendors, and conduct cost-effective procurement activities.
• Act as a central coordinator between departments, streamlining communication and ensuring alignment on priorities.
• Support C-suite executives with strategic decision-making through structured analysis and high-quality reporting.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 for financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis is essential.
• Solid understanding of project costing, cash flow management, and profitability analysis.
• Experience in project-based environments, such as games, media, or creative tech services.
