• Define and execute market-specific growth strategies for Spain, Mexico, and LATAM.
• Optimise Sportsbook margin, casino mix, and bonus efficiency.
• Drive regional growth through strategic partnerships and market analysis.
• Lead go-to-market planning for new regulated market entries.
• Shape and manage regional budgets, optimising financial performance and marketing investment.
• Monitor KPIs, report performance, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven senior leadership experience across Spain and Mexican markets in the online gaming industry.
• Experience engaging with regulators in Spain and Mexico.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong data literacy for cohort analysis, player segmentation, and revenue modelling.
• Deep understanding of Spain, Mexico, and LATAM regulatory environments.
