Data Manager (Python, SQL, GCP)

Data Manager (Python, SQL, GCP): Assisting with data projects, program operations, and analytics engineering for paid relational organizing programs with an accent on data cleaning, reporting, and pipeline monitoring. Focus on driving program growth through voter file data, targets, and research.

Location: Remote (US Eastern Time Zone)

What you will do

• Assist with data projects, program operations, and analytics engineering.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on data projects.
• Clean data and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Monitor and identify trends in the mobilizer recruitment pipeline.
• Work with voter file data, targets, and research for program growth.
• Assist program leadership with other activities as needed.

Requirements

• Python programming experience in a data setting (Pandas, Polars).
• Experience with data/analytics engineering.
• Experience using version control systems (Git).
• Experience querying SQL databases.
• Experience creating data visualizations (Tableau, Looker Studio).
• Experience with BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform products.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Experience working with voter file data.
• Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursdays 9am - 6pm Eastern, Fridays 5pm Eastern. Full week before November election.
