What you will do
- Proactively identify, contact, and cultivate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Define clients’ underlying business needs, success criteria, and key performance indicators.
- Develop and iterate target lists based on market research and collaboration with leadership.
- Partner with the sales team on interested prospects, providing key stakeholder and client information.
- Maintain detailed records of sales data through Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- 3+ years of lead generation and/or sales experience in a high-growth business environment.
- Experience selling disruptive SaaS solutions, Human Capital Management, or related HR solutions to large corporations.
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft CRM applications.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Language requirements: Native‑level proficiency in German (spoken and written).
