TL;DR

Contract Senior IT Recruiter (HRtech): Focusing on IT and corporate position recruitment with an accent on sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates. Focus on building client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery.

Location: Hybrid in San Juan or Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Must be able to work onsite 2-3 days a week and travel to Aguadilla 1-2 times monthly for an onsite day trip.

What you will do

• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates.
• Manage client relationships by conducting interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow agreed client recruitment process for recruitment delivery.
• Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidates.
• Communicate position opportunity and client value proposition.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience in information technology and corporate positions recruitment.
• Ability to work a local hybrid schedule weekly and also travel to Aguadilla 1-2 times monthly for an onsite day trip.
• 3+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers.
• 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews.
• 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
