Location: Onsite in Lafayette, Colorado, United States of America, a minimum of 4 days a week.

What you will do

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on medical device connectivity between hirify.global monitoring devices, hospital networks, MPMs, and EMR systems.
  • Collect and document customer feedback and connectivity needs through site visits and collaboration with field sales teams.
  • Lead cross-functional discussions to align on connectivity priorities with R&D, Clinical, Marketing, and Regulatory partners.
  • Conduct hands-on connectivity testing at partner hospitals, validating vital signs data transmission across different systems.
  • Troubleshoot interoperability challenges and support the investigation of customer-reported connectivity issues.
  • Prepare clear, organized documentation of findings, risks, and recommended next steps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (biomedical engineering preferred) + 2 years of related experience, or a Master's degree in an equivalent technical field.
  • Experience working directly with hospital staff, clinical environments, or medical devices.
  • Proven communication, customer-facing, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to synthesize customer needs, organize information, and prioritize effectively.
  • Understanding of how medical devices encode and transmit vital signs data.
  • Work onsite a minimum of 4 days a week in Lafayette, Colorado, USA.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time based on business needs.
