What you will do
- Serve as a subject matter expert on medical device connectivity between hirify.global monitoring devices, hospital networks, MPMs, and EMR systems.
- Collect and document customer feedback and connectivity needs through site visits and collaboration with field sales teams.
- Lead cross-functional discussions to align on connectivity priorities with R&D, Clinical, Marketing, and Regulatory partners.
- Conduct hands-on connectivity testing at partner hospitals, validating vital signs data transmission across different systems.
- Troubleshoot interoperability challenges and support the investigation of customer-reported connectivity issues.
- Prepare clear, organized documentation of findings, risks, and recommended next steps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (biomedical engineering preferred) + 2 years of related experience, or a Master's degree in an equivalent technical field.
- Experience working directly with hospital staff, clinical environments, or medical devices.
- Proven communication, customer-facing, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to synthesize customer needs, organize information, and prioritize effectively.
- Understanding of how medical devices encode and transmit vital signs data.
- Work onsite a minimum of 4 days a week in Lafayette, Colorado, USA.
- Travel up to 25% of the time based on business needs.
