Location: Onsite in Pittsburgh, PA. Must be aligned to Pacific Time working hours (approximately 11:00AM - 8:00PM ET)

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee IT support requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues across macOS and Windows.
• Build, configure, and deploy laptops for new hires and replacements, managing the full device lifecycle including provisioning, shipping, repairs, and decommissioning.
• Maintain accurate asset tracking and inventory records.
• Support user access and lifecycle events in tools such as Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Dialpad, and other SaaS platforms.
• Assist with account provisioning, deprovisioning, and access troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an IT support or IT Specialist role, with hands-on experience supporting users and maintaining tools such as Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack.
• Robust analytical acumen to promptly identify and overcome intricate technical obstacles.
• Excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration with diverse teams and clear articulation of complex ideas.
• Value teamwork and understand the importance of clear communication, especially in a remote-first environment.
• Foundational understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements.
