TL;DR

Partner Success Manager - Solutions Architect: Own the delivery quality and strategic health of implementation and services partners, acting as a primary bridge between external partners and internal teams. Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX - 3 days/week in-office) or Remote (Raleigh, NC, Nashville, TN, Toronto, Canada). Must reside near one of these locations. E-Verify for US work eligibility is mentioned.

Salary: $155,000–$215,000 USD/year (North America) or $212,000–$264,000 CAD/year (Canada).

What you will do

  • Lead a portfolio of SI and consulting partners, serving as the primary point of contact for delivery success.
  • Provide architectural advisory to partners on data modeling and incentive compensation logic.
  • Ensure high-quality go-lives by reviewing complex partner designs and enforcing standards.
  • Orchestrate collaboration between partners and internal teams to resolve technical hurdles.
  • Act as the lead escalation point for partner-led implementations, managing technical issues and customer expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing feedback to influence product roadmaps and document playbooks.
  • Define and maintain partner scorecards to track delivery quality, CSAT, and risk.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in SaaS across Partner Success, Solution Architecture, Implementation Consulting, or Technical Project Leadership, specifically within Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) or high-complexity SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead structured discovery, challenge complex solution designs, and translate business requirements into system constraints.
  • Proven track record driving cross-functional initiatives and owning programs end-to-end.
  • Excellent facilitation skills for executive-level conversations and detailed working sessions.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with the ability to create structure and documentation.
