What you will do
- Lead a portfolio of SI and consulting partners, serving as the primary point of contact for delivery success.
- Provide architectural advisory to partners on data modeling and incentive compensation logic.
- Ensure high-quality go-lives by reviewing complex partner designs and enforcing standards.
- Orchestrate collaboration between partners and internal teams to resolve technical hurdles.
- Act as the lead escalation point for partner-led implementations, managing technical issues and customer expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing feedback to influence product roadmaps and document playbooks.
- Define and maintain partner scorecards to track delivery quality, CSAT, and risk.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in SaaS across Partner Success, Solution Architecture, Implementation Consulting, or Technical Project Leadership, specifically within Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) or high-complexity SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead structured discovery, challenge complex solution designs, and translate business requirements into system constraints.
- Proven track record driving cross-functional initiatives and owning programs end-to-end.
- Excellent facilitation skills for executive-level conversations and detailed working sessions.
- Highly organized and process-oriented, with the ability to create structure and documentation.
