Partner Innovation Architect (AI): Designing, architecting, and building near production-ready solutions on top of hirify.global's AI platform for partners, automating deployments, and shaping reusable patterns. Focus on owning end-to-end technical solutions, technical advising for strategic partners, and aligning technical plans with go-to-market priorities for commercial impact.

Location: Remote (US-based), with a preference for candidates in Central time zones; other locations may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Salary: OTE $200,000–$260,000 annually.

What you will do

• Design, architect, and build near production-ready solutions for partners on the hirify.global platform.
• Own end-to-end architecture for partner solutions, including data sources, integrations, configuration, security, and user experience.
• Automate solution deployments using infrastructure-as-code and repeatable playbooks.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor and solution owner for strategic partners (GSIs, ISVs).
• Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, and training with partner and customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to drive product improvements based on data-driven feedback and use cases.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience in Computer Science or equivalent (5+ years with a Master's degree).
• Strong software development experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
• Deep experience with APIs and custom data integrations in hybrid or SaaS environments.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Very strong architectural and hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Security and audit experience, capable of representing hirify.global's security posture and designing secure solutions.

Nice to have

• Background as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar (pre- or post-sales) in a product-led B2B SaaS company.
• Experience in at least two of Software Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Post-Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Support Engineering.
