Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 with additional bonus potential

What you will do

• Develop and maintain learning paths and microlearning modules focused on hirify.global product adoption.
• Create instructional materials such as videos, e-learning content, documentation, and job aids.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align training with product capabilities and roadmap.
• Design practical labs and real-world scenarios to drive practical understanding of hirify.global products.
• Develop assessments, quizzes, and certification programs to validate learner proficiency.
• Gather learner feedback and analytics to iterate and improve instructional content.

Requirements

• Instructional Design Expertise: 3+ years of experience designing technical training for SaaS, integration, automation or AI products.
• Ability to quickly learn and explain complex concepts related to AI agents, MCP, APIs, and data orchestration.
• Skilled in authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Proven technical knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms, automation, or AI-driven products.
• Experience with hirify.global or similar enterprise orchestration tools.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional best practices.
• Experience creating digital media (e.g., simulations, animated video, graphics, etc.).
• Experience using data to inform continuous improvement.
