What you will do

• Collaborate with educators and staff to design learning experiences and digital prototypes.
• Develop and revise learning modules based on stakeholder feedback.
• Demonstrate end-to-end development of online courses and multimedia assets.
• Conduct collaborative learning design reviews of roadmaps and storyboards.
• Work with multimedia specialists and editors to ensure digital asset creation aligns with specifications.
• Conduct research to enhance learning design approaches and techniques.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in education, learning design, or educational sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with digital content, learning management systems, and digital authoring tools.
• Relevant experience in experience design for adult learners.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in instructional design and education technologies.
• Strong information technology and information management skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with international education and/or international non-profit organization.
• Project management skills.
