What you will do
- Design and develop engaging, skill-based learning programs for sales teams using adult learning methodologies and data insights.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content design, personalize learning pathways, and scale modules.
- Produce high-quality multimedia assets, including eLearning modules, remote workshops, videos, and simulations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering requirements and translating business priorities into strategic programs.
- Manage multiple high-priority projects, timelines, and shifting priorities.
- Develop metrics to evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve existing learning products based on feedback and data.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 2-4+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Learning, or Instructional Design, preferably within a SaaS or EdTech environment.
- Hands-on experience developing learning content incorporating proven methodologies and measurable outcomes.
- Proven success designing innovative, engaging continuous learning and coaching systems.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to be concise, impactful, and clear.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales Enablement, Growth partners, and Product teams.

- K-12 and/or education technology industry knowledge.
- SaaS sales enablement and/or sales background.
