What you will do
- Design end-to-end learning journeys aligned with Academy objectives and RHOS standards.
- Define learning objectives, assessments, competency frameworks, and outcome expectations.
- Review and validate content for pedagogical effectiveness and clarity.
- Support Training of Trainers (ToT) partners in contextualizing content appropriately.
- Collect learner feedback, performance data, and delivery insights to iterate learning design and content guidance.
Requirements
- 5 years' experience in learning experience or instructional design.
- Strong grounding in adult learning and applied pedagogy.
- Experience guiding or shaping content created by subject matter experts.
- Experience designing learning for professional or technical audiences.
- Experience working in African or low-resource settings.
- Must be able to work in hybrid format in Rwanda
