Instructional Designer

What you will do

• Support the creation and maintenance of role-based training curricula across instructor-led, web-based, and eLearning modalities.
• Conduct needs analyses, develop high-level and detailed designs, and create training content from concept through final production.
• Partner with internal teams and clients to gather training requirements and ensure content alignment.
• Produce raw content and collaborate on eLearning, video-based training, and other digital learning assets.
• Work closely with Engineering and Product Management to integrate product updates and new features into training materials.
• Schedule and deliver customer training sessions via web-based platforms.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2 years of experience designing and developing technical training content using instructional design methodologies.
• Proven ability to create content for multiple delivery methods, including virtual, instructor-led, and self-paced eLearning.
• Strong proficiency with course-authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally and managing projects from concept to completion.

Nice to have

• Experience with virtual delivery platforms (e.g., Adobe Connect).
