TL;DR
Regional Sales Director (NG SIEM): Overseeing sales strategy and managing a team of sales specialists for Next Gen-SIEM business with an accent on driving aggressive revenue goals, strategic planning, and personnel development. Focus on executing company policies, establishing budgets, and ensuring sales targets are met while fostering a positive work environment.
Location: Remote (US Central Region). Must live in the Central Region in order to be considered. Dallas or Chicago is preferred.
Salary: $160,000 – $215,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do
- Provide management oversight to sales specialists to drive sales strategy and goal attainment within the region.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and communicate corporate strategy to the team.
- Plan and direct activities including forecasts, marketing program development, and relationship management.
- Establish short-term and long-term goals and quotas in line with company objectives.
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure sales goals are met.
- Implement strategic policies, establish budgets, and set and ensure revenue targets are met.
Requirements
- Must live in the Central Region in order to be considered. Dallas or Chicago is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of individual contributor experience and 1 to 5 years as a people manager.
- Experience in leading/managing senior sales teams with a complex product and solution sales approach.
- Background in selling Log and Security Management, especially SaaS products (a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills, and passionate relationship building.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
