What you will do
- Lead technical engagements with partners, guiding solution design, integration, and deployment of hirify.global's cybersecurity and physical security offerings.
- Co-create compelling partner solutions, delivering demonstrations, presentations, and training programs to foster partner self-sufficiency.
- Provide API and integration guidance, ensuring seamless partner-built integrations and troubleshooting complex technical challenges.
- Drive joint go-to-market strategies with Channel Account Managers to execute playbooks and achieve shared revenue targets.
- Champion partner needs internally, working with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap and support partner-driven initiatives.
- Act as a cybersecurity subject matter expert and advocate, identifying new partner-led use cases and representing hirify.global at industry events.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a technical client-facing role (Solutions/Sales Engineer, TAM, product support), with a strong background supporting and enabling channel partners or large enterprise clients in the technology industry.
- Ability to create and deliver powerful technical presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity and SaaS platforms, including a strong command of SIEM, SOAR, and TIP applications.
- Proficiency in endpoint/network security concepts, malware analysis, threat intelligence, and risk/compliance products.
- Proactive, self-motivated problem-solver with a detail-oriented approach to delivering exceptional client experiences.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Experience with data integration, API usage (OpenAPIs, JSON, RESTful APIs, webhooks).
- Skill in scripting languages like Python, GoLang, or PowerShell, particularly for interacting with REST APIs.
- Familiarity with ArcGIS or a strong willingness to learn geospatial information systems.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CEH, OSCP, SANS).
