TL;DR

Partner Sales Engineer (AI): Guiding partners through technical engagements, solution design, and deployment of hirify.global's AI-powered cybersecurity and physical security offerings. Location: US Remote, with an ideal location in the Washington DC area.

Salary: $117,726 - $172,778 annual On-Target Earnings (OTE), including base salary and commission target, plus Company equity.

What you will do

  • Lead technical engagements with partners, guiding them through solution design, integration, and deployment of hirify.global's cybersecurity and physical security offerings.
  • Co-create compelling partner solutions by developing and delivering engaging demonstrations, presentations, and training programs.
  • Provide API and integration guidance, ensuring seamless partner-built integrations and troubleshooting technical challenges.
  • Drive joint go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Channel Account Managers to achieve shared revenue targets.
  • Champion partner needs internally, working with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap and support partner-driven initiatives.
  • Act as a cybersecurity subject matter expert, identifying new partner-led use cases and representing hirify.global at industry events.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role (Solutions/Sales Engineer, TAM, product support), with a strong background supporting and enabling channel partners or large enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated ability in technical storytelling, creating and delivering powerful presentations and demonstrations for diverse audiences.
  • Proactive, self-motivated problem-solver with a detail-oriented approach to delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity and SaaS platforms, including a strong command of SIEM, SOAR, and TIP applications, endpoint/network security concepts, malware analysis, and threat intelligence.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, effectively working across Go-To-Market, Product, Engineering, and external partner teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with data integration, API usage (OpenAPIs, JSON, RESTful APIs, webhooks), and working with integrated solutions.
  • Skill in scripting languages like Python, GoLang, or PowerShell, particularly for interacting with REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with ArcGIS or a strong willingness to learn and apply geospatial information systems.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CEH, OSCP, SANS).
