What you will do

• Establish and enforce Sales CRM management policies and processes, ensuring optimization for the Model Training business.
• Develop regular reporting and collaborate on monthly/quarterly business reviews to drive insights for the Leadership Team.
• Act as a strategic partner to sales, addressing revenue capture amidst a dynamic sales pipeline.
• Formulate, track, and support the administration of variable compensation plans, validating payout amounts.
• Lead the design and implementation of robust analytics frameworks to measure commercial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements, drive automation, and align commercial strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7-12 years of proven experience in revenue operations and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Advanced Excel and intermediate Salesforce analytics/reporting are required.
