What you will do

• Develop and maintain end-to-end analytical infrastructure using BigQuery and Looker.
• Define, build, and maintain company-wide KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Analyze large, complex datasets and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Build and standardize internal dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across the organization.
• Monitor business performance, identify anomalies, and surface improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst in a growing product/SaaS company.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and BigQuery.
• Mandatory experience with Looker.
• Proven ability to build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks from scratch.
• Experience working with large-scale DWH environments.
• Ability to work independently as the sole data function.
• High level of English (written and spoken).
