What you will do

• Scale Meta and other paid social channels to drive new customer acquisition.
• Lead rapid "ship-to-learn" testing cadences with clear hypotheses.
• Manage and reallocate paid social budgets with autonomy.
• Translate performance data into effective creative briefs and offers.
• Build comprehensive weekly reporting focused on CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven track record of scaling budgets from five to six/seven figures.
• Strong analytical skills using GA/Looker and attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale/Hyros).
• Confidence in making high-stakes decisions based on early performance indicators.
• Clear communication and strong cross-team collaboration.
• Must be eligible to work remotely within the UK.
