What you will do
- Scale Meta and other paid social channels to drive new customer acquisition.
- Lead rapid "ship-to-learn" testing cadences with clear hypotheses.
- Manage and reallocate paid social budgets with autonomy.
- Translate performance data into effective creative briefs and offers.
- Build comprehensive weekly reporting focused on CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven track record of scaling budgets from five to six/seven figures.
- Strong analytical skills using GA/Looker and attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale/Hyros).
- Confidence in making high-stakes decisions based on early performance indicators.
- Clear communication and strong cross-team collaboration.
- Must be eligible to work remotely within the UK.
