What you will do

• Own and evolve the organic social strategy aligned to campaigns and brand priorities.
• Define channel roles, content pillars, and tone of voice guidelines.
• Lead the end-to-end content calendar from idea to publication, directing creators and freelancers.
• Set quarterly objectives and translate them into clear execution plans.
• Oversee community management standards and build a repeatable UGC pipeline.
• Establish a clear reporting rhythm that turns data into action.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing organic social channels for a consumer brand.
• Strong copywriting across captions, scripts, and community engagement.
• Expertise in Instagram and TikTok best practices and editing standards.
• Experience briefing creators and managing content calendars.
• Confidence using social scheduling and analytics tools.
• Must be able to work Hybrid/Remote from the UK.
