What you will do
- Own master product messaging and positioning frameworks, ensuring the platform is a strategic investment.
- Act as primary liaison to Product Management, influencing the roadmap with market needs and translating technical milestones.
- Serve as narrative connective tissue between Product, Sales, Analyst Relations, and Corporate Marketing teams.
- Develop and maintain foundational product marketing assets, including corporate decks and platform-level narratives.
- Direct a high-performing Core PMM team across multiple time zones, investing in their growth and elevating their acumen.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Product Marketing or a related strategic B2B SaaS function, with 3-5 years of team leadership.
- Direct experience in CMS, DXP, or Personalization technology is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, including writing and public speaking, and the presence to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Instructional management style with a proven track record of managing global teams (US and EMEA) and a passion for mentoring.
- Technical acumen with hands-on fluency in modern software architecture, capable of reading API documentation and challenging partners.
- Refined judgment and precision in adjusting messages based on market shifts or buyer needs.
