TL;DR

Director, Solutions Product Marketing (AI): Leading and growing a team to define and launch solutions that aggregate value across hirify.global's product portfolio with an accent on creating breakthrough messaging and positioning for clients. Focus on influencing product strategy through market intelligence and optimizing go-to-market performance for measurable revenue impact.

Location: Candidates must be eligible to work remotely from the US (subject to US federal E-Verify program) or Canada (subject to Employment Equity Act Canada).

Salary: $266,000–$365,000 (SF based)

What you will do

  • Lead and grow a team of solutions product marketers, driving strategy and execution for the managed (B2B) business.
  • Define and launch solutions by building the solutions Go-To-Market (GTM) playbook.
  • Create breakthrough solution messaging, positioning, and collateral for various buyers and users.
  • Partner with sales, revenue marketing, sales enablement, and product management to support integrated campaigns and drive revenue.
  • Influence product strategy by translating market intelligence into actionable product development opportunities.
  • Develop a data-driven point of view on business performance and optimize GTM.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with deep enterprise and solutions expertise.
  • 3+ years of experience building and coaching product marketing teams in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to create GTM strategies that drive measurable revenue impact.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability and expertise in creating impactful messaging and positioning.
  • Track record of translating complex products into compelling value propositions.
  • Strong executive presence and influence across sales, product, and marketing leadership.
  • English: B2 required.
  • Work authorization for US or Canada required.
