Director, Product Marketing (LegalTech): Leading product marketing strategy and execution for a diverse legal technology portfolio with an accent on defining positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy in partnership with product leadership. Focus on translating complex product capabilities into compelling customer value and driving growth and market adoption across the portfolio.
Location: Hybrid (minimum eight days a month in office), at one of the LRUS offices in USA - Madison, WI, USA - Riverwoods, IL, USA - New York City, NY, or USA - Waltham, MA.
Compensation: $137,900.00 - $246,350.00 USD annually (eligible for bonus).

What you will do
- Develop and own end-to-end product marketing strategy for the LRUS portfolio.
- Design, implement, and optimize commercialization frameworks and go-to-market plans.
- Serve as the connective tissue between Product Management, Sales Leadership, and Marketing.
- Infuse competitive analysis and customer insights into go-to-market plans.
- Evaluate and optimize new product marketing capabilities, tools, and processes.
- Define and track key performance indicators to assess product marketing effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a product marketing team of 3-5 individuals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial product management or product marketing with B2B products.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Deep understanding of product management principles and the full commercialization lifecycle.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize market data, customer insights, and business goals.
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience within the legal, compliance, or regulatory technology sectors.
- MBA or related advanced degree.
