Strategy and Operations (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California; on-site at the Mission office

Salary: $120,000–$240,000 USD base salary per year, plus equity and benefits

hirify.global builds continual learning infrastructure for enterprises to train, evaluate, and deploy AI agents using proprietary data and institutional expertise.

What you will do

• Design and maintain pricing, packaging, deal, cost, margin, resourcing, sales compensation, and planning models.
• Define customer segmentation and ideal customer profiles, and feed market and customer insights into product and GTM planning.
• Build repeatable commercial systems, calculators, approval workflows, handoffs, and operating cadences.
• Manage enterprise contracting from NDA through MSA, DPA, and order forms, including outside counsel, redlines, templates, and approvals.
• Coordinate customer scoping, staffing, timelines, security reviews, cloud access, vendor onboarding, and production deployments.
• Maintain compliance evidence, contract repositories, CRM and GTM data, reporting, and high-impact operational projects.

Requirements

• Strong financial modeling skills and judgment.
• Experience designing pricing, sales compensation, or GTM plans.
• Ability to read contracts and assess the business impact of contractual clauses.
• Strong operational ownership, clear writing, and the ability to create structure from ambiguity.
• Genuine interest in AI, including model operation, data access, compute costs, and model economics.
• Comfort with SQL or working directly with data.

Nice to have

• Experience at a usage-based, consumption, or infrastructure company with a technical sales motion.
• Experience with enterprise procurement, security reviews, or data protection agreements.
• Background in consulting, banking, law, or growth investing followed by startup operating experience.
• AI-enabled analytical workflows or internal tools and automations built to improve efficiency.
