Corporate Development Lead (Telehealth)

What you will do

• Execute M&A deals across sourcing, initial evaluation, diligence, negotiation support, and signing.
• Build financial models, valuation analyses, and revenue and cost synergy assessments.
• Manage data rooms, diligence workstreams, meetings, deal timelines, and transaction materials.
• Draft investment memos and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Support negotiations with analysis, structuring options, and decision materials.
• Partner with Post-Merger Integration to validate deal theses and prepare a clear handoff after closing.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of M&A deal execution experience in an advisory group at a prominent investment bank.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Direct experience with sourcing, diligence, data room management, investment memos, synergy identification and quantification, and senior stakeholder presentations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple live deal processes while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
