Salary: $85,000–$240,000 USD

What you will do

• Refresh and maintain audience strategy, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Develop new brand vision and architecture for the business and map to customer touchpoints.
• Oversee creative development and the advertising process.
• Develop and execute integrated go-to-market plans across owned, paid, and earned channels.
• Build out a brand and integrated marketing infrastructure.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing integrated marketing team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a progressive leadership role within integrated or brand marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience within financial services/consumer banking preferred.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful cross-channel campaigns with measurable business results.
• Experience managing and developing a team of marketing professionals.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing marketing budgets.
