hirify.global is seeking a Certification Test Script Designer & Release Project Manager to support participant onboarding and ongoing system certification testing across global payment networks.

What you will do

• Define system testing requirements in collaboration with product and functionality owners.
• Design, validate, and publish certification test scripts for network participants.
• Support test automation design within proprietary response simulator tools.
• Lead and contribute to release initiatives and certification-related projects.
• Create participant-facing certification documentation and train certification support staff.
• Troubleshoot API and application issues during testing cycles and conduct peer reviews of documentation and test artifacts.

Requirements

• Experience designing certification or system test scripts.
• Advanced MS Excel, technical writing, and documentation skills.
• Technical requirements design and implementation experience.
• API testing and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience using Jira for project management (1+ year).
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Background in payments, card networks, or financial services.
• Experience supporting certification, onboarding, or system validation efforts.
