What you will do

• Lead the platform experience layer for hirify.global's CNAPP, defining reusable UX and workflow patterns.
• Study security practitioner workflows and translate commonalities into scalable platform conventions.
• Define and lead platform-level metrics related to coverage, data ingestion, configuration, and adoption.
• Instrument the product to detect adoption friction and close gaps between deployment and sustained value.
• Lead by influence across engineering teams to ensure new capabilities align with the platform.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to reduce complexity from deployment through operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with significant time on platform, infrastructure, or cross-cutting product work.
• Experience in cloud security or adjacent domains (CNAPP, CSPM, CDR, vulnerability management, CIEM, or workload protection).
• Experience working simultaneously across multiple engineering teams.
• Fluency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration.
• Experience defining product-level metrics and using data for decision-making.
