TL;DR

Implementation Manager (HRTech): Guide clients through onboarding onto a SaaS HR platform, ensuring smooth transitions and maximization of value with an accent on aligning client needs with platform capabilities, driving client value, and managing deliverables within scope and timelines. Focus on gathering system requirements, configuring the platform based on best practices, and identifying/analyzing project risks.

Location: Must be based in the New York Metro Area and willing to work in our NYC office at least two days a week.

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead implementation projects, aligning client needs with platform capabilities and driving client value.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients from point of sale through to deployment.
  • Gather system requirements and business objectives from customers.
  • Assess how to configure the platform and provide guidance on best practices for successful deployment.
  • Identify, analyze, and minimize project risks and dependencies on an ongoing basis.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, CS Engineers, Product, and Account teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Implementation Manager or Project Manager (3+ years).
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry.
  • Knowledge of HR.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Location: Must be based in the New York Metro Area.
  • Work Format: Must be willing to work in the NYC office at least two days a week.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
