What you will do

• Ensure the efficient and timely execution of all essential aspects of client onboarding, from project initiation to launch.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Contribute to designing and implementing systems and processes that facilitate scalability and efficiency.
• Oversee the entire project management process, ensuring timely and qualitative onboarding and continuous improvement of key metrics.
• Drive operational metrics such as process throughput and defect rates.
• Proactively solve emerging business problems by deeply understanding the business.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company.
• Proficiency in project management, deploying multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with data and able to identify internal and external blockers.
• Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success.
• Commitment to delivering customer value by thoroughly understanding client use cases.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams.
• Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices for the Implementation team.
• 40-50% travel required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Proficiency in Retool and Google Suite.
• Experience in the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) space.
