What you will do
- Act as a strategic partner to hirify.global clients, advising on budget allocation and creative strategy across various channels.
- Translate multi-touch and MMM data into digestible narratives to support client decision-making.
- Guide brands through critical growth moments, such as scaling paid spend and improving LTV:CAC.
- Deliver consultative onboarding for new clients and ongoing strategic insights for retained brands.
- Serve as a voice of the customer across Product, Marketing, and CS teams.
- Help develop repeatable assets and internal playbooks for client benchmarking and reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years in an eCommerce growth marketing role, ideally overseeing media buying for growth channels.
- Experience developing a holistic eCommerce growth strategy through understanding organic and paid revenue sources.
- Experience managing advertising budgets on social media or search platforms in excess of $100,000 per month.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics and Ads, Klaviyo, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Proficient in data analytics tools.
- Must be able to work remotely from the USA.

- Experience in incrementality testing, designing and running studies, and confidently interpreting and applying those results.
