What you will do
- Craft and drive Paid Media strategy through an integrated approach to both Search and Social, collaborating closely with SEO.
- Consult with clients, learning their needs and leveraging data to grow their business with measurable recommendations.
- Foster collaboration between account team members and serve as a mentor and motivator to Associates.
- Oversee day-to-day campaign strategy & management, ensuring analyses and recommendations are rooted in paid and organic data.
- Prepare and lead presentations for clients, demonstrating impact and value on their bottom line.
- Leverage AI tools to drive efficiencies in workflows and test and share learnings for the greater team.
Requirements
- Managed Paid Campaigns across a wide range of engines & management platforms with experience in ecommerce and lead generation.
- Stays current with emerging Paid Media trends, tools, technologies, and data sets, understanding the future of Machine Learning and AI in Search.
- Proficient with Excel, Google Suite, and Data Visualization tools, demonstrating strong data literacy.
- Thrives on challenges, taking risks with innovation and testing, and has hands-on experience running campaigns.
- Applies a data-driven, holistic approach to client success, integrating data from SEO, Social, and Analytics.
- Passionate about elevating clients, colleagues, and industry peers through knowledge sharing.
