Location: Fully remote within the U.S. (Los Angeles or Las Vegas preferred.)

Salary: $90,000-$105,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Define, track, and manage product KPIs, ensuring alignment with measurable business outcomes.
• Lead product discovery efforts, including market research and data analysis, to identify new AI/ML opportunities.
• Work with UI/UX Design to assure modern, intuitive workflow designs that optimize the clinical user experience.
• Author detailed requirements documents, including epics and user stories, accounting for clinical edge cases and regulatory compliance.
• Act as the primary interface with Engineering leads to drive technical discovery and define product scope.
• Represent the company as a product expert in sales demos and customer meetings.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product manager experience.
• Proficiency with key workflow and communication platforms such as Jira, Slack, Miro, and Figma.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates strong initiative and sense of ownership over assigned responsibilities.
• Knowledge and experience using project management and design collaboration tools, including JIRA, SLACK, FIGMA, and other relevant AI/ML or documentation platforms.
• Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Pragmatic Product Development Certification or similar accredited Product Management certification.
• Preference to AI software development for healthcare experience.
