What you will do

• Develop a player-centric ecosystem by collaborating with senior management across game teams and publishing.
• Translate stakeholders’ needs per game project into features and solutions that best serve their unique player base.
• Own the product vision and strategy for key platform and community features, aligned with player needs and business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end product development with a dedicated cross-functional team, from discovery to iteration.
• Champion a strong experimentation culture across the organization, including hypothesis-driven development and A/B testing.
• Act as the voice of the player by combining market insight, player data, and community feedback to refine priorities and roadmap.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Management, including 2+ years in a leadership role, ideally within consumer platforms or large-scale digital products.
• Strong data literacy, with hands-on experience using metrics, dashboards, and A/B testing to inform decisions.
• Experience forming and leading small, cross-functional teams.
• High-ownership, can-do mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong player empathy, curiosity, and excellent communication and collaboration skills to align multiple stakeholders.
