What you will do

  • Lead high-level strategic consultations to align digital marketing investments with client business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and pursue data-driven upsell opportunities.
  • Leverage proprietary analytics platforms to analyze complex data, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with internal teams, including product, data, and marketing, to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
  • Develop and refine frameworks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline efforts and illustrate business impact.
  • Build deep knowledge of hirify.global’s digital marketing products and services across legal verticals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of inside sales experience and experience in account growth or consultative sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, online advertising, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, data analytics platforms, and presentation software.
  • Skilled at interpreting complex data and generating actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
