What you will do
- Own end-to-end ad creative production across all formats (static, video, UGC, motion, AI-generated), ensuring quality, brand standards, and performance.
- Design, enforce, and continuously improve the creative workflow to monitor production, identify bottlenecks, and maintain speed and quality.
- Provide continuous, clear, specific, and actionable feedback to designers and creative contributors to uphold high creative standards.
- Lead ideation and conceptualization of new creatives, translating strategy and performance insights into briefs, and staying updated on AI-driven creative tools and industry trends.
- Research competitor creatives and apply insights to elevate internal creative standards.
- Act as the execution bridge between designers and User Acquisition Managers, ensuring alignment and smooth handoffs.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in creative design.
- 3+ years of experience in ad creative production or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing multi-format, high-volume creative pipelines.
- Strong portfolio of performance-driven digital ads.
- Solid understanding of paid advertising platforms and creative performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in creative production workflows.
- Ability to evaluate creative quality objectively, not subjectively.
- English: B2 required.
