Team Lead - Customer Success Mid-Market (Cybersecurity)

Team Lead - Customer Success Mid-Market (Cybersecurity): Structuring and elevating Customer Success performance to drive retention and expansion for scale-ups and global enterprises with an accent on owning NRR, GRR, churn, and expansion targets. Focus on coaching CSMs on commercial posture, value-selling, and standardizing expansion playbooks to ensure predictable revenue growth.

Location: Must be based in Paris or be willing to relocate to France. This is an on-site position with up to 2 days per month of remote work.

Salary: €75,000–€85,000 a year (total package with 80% base and 20% commissions).

What you will do

• Own NRR, GRR, churn, and expansion targets for your team.
• Drive structured renewal governance and forecast accuracy.
• Build and manage a visible expansion pipeline, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Personally support strategic renewals and high-value expansion deals.
• Coach CSMs on commercial posture and value-selling, instilling accountability for revenue KPIs.
• Standardize expansion playbooks and renewal frameworks.

Requirements

• Strong track record on renewals and expansion in B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing a revenue quota or NRR target.
• Ability to coach CSMs into revenue-generating profiles.
• Strong analytical mindset (pipeline, forecasting, KPIs).
• Motivation by the cybersecurity mission.
• Full professional proficiency in English and native in French.
• Must be based in Paris or willing to relocate to France.
