What you will do

• Define product vision and roadmap for device management, identity integrations, and IT lifecycle flows.
• Shape MDM, SaaS management, and hardware procurement into a single experience.
• Lead execution with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver scalable and secure IT infrastructure capabilities.
• Translate complex technical systems into intuitive product experiences.
• Design end-to-end lifecycle experiences connecting HR, onboarding, provisioning, and offboarding automation.
• Drive business impact by accountability for product success metrics, revenue, adoption, and platform scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS with full ownership of product lifecycle.
• Strong IT domain expertise in Device Management (MDM/UEM) including enrollment flows, policies, OS management, compliance, and security posture.
• Strong IT domain expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDP) including SAML 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, Kerberos, LDAP, RBAC, MFA, and conditional access.
• Comfortable discussing API design, system architecture, data flows, event-driven systems, and security implications with engineers.
• Data-driven approach to define hypotheses, metrics, and success criteria.
• Strong UX sensitivity and excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
