Product Manager (Networking): Leading the development and management of AI-driven networking products and CPE devices with an accent on the full product lifecycle and technical expertise in core networking, embedded systems, and Wi-Fi. Focus on collaborating with ISPs to understand requirements, developing customized solutions, and driving innovation for customer experience.

Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain, with flexible telecommuting options.

What you will do

Lead product development and management for networking products and CPE devices from concept to deployment.
Utilize deep knowledge of core networking, embedded systems, Wi-Fi, and Linux technologies.
Collaborate with ISPs to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions.
Provide technical support, conduct product demos and training to ISP partners.
Work independently, managing multiple projects and driving innovation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product engineering with a focus on core networking and CPE.
Proficient in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Proficiency in core networking technologies (GPON, XGSPON, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DSL) and embedded systems development.
Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi standards, Linux, and hands-on experience with CPE devices.

Nice to have

Experience with cloud-based networking solutions.
Knowledge of network automation tools.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
