What you will do
- Own the activation experience for new hirify.global users, helping them quickly gain value and build product habits.
- Define and evolve the activation strategy and roadmap, grounded in user needs and business goals.
- Design and ship high-impact first-time and early-life experiences to guide users to successful outcomes.
- Work end-to-end across discovery, delivery, and iteration, partnering with Engineering, Design, and Research.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive user journey.
- Run experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize key flows for activation and early retention.
Requirements
- Must be based in London, Amsterdam, or Barcelona and adhere to hybrid office requirements.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally working on activation, onboarding, growth, or user journey problems.
- Proven ability to ship product experiences end-to-end, from discovery through execution and iteration.
- Hands-on experience with experimentation and A/B testing, and ability to learn quickly from results.
- Strong product and design sensibility, with a good eye for UX and well-crafted user experiences.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and researchers.
- Analytical yet pragmatic, comfortable using data to inform decisions without losing sight of user needs.
