Compensation: €140,000–€180,000

What you will do

• Incubate and launch "Unicorn-level" ventures from validated opportunities to live market pilots.
• Establish the company-wide Venture Operating Model, including governance and funding frameworks.
• Architect high-impact strategic partnerships with flagship advertisers and platforms.
• Build and scale high-performing venture organizations by hiring and coaching leaders.
• Drive business impact and P&L ownership using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Proven venture building track record, including allocating capital and making scale/kill/exit calls.
• Mastery of building high-velocity delivery engines using Lean Startup and Design Thinking.
• Expertise in Adtech & Growth, including analytics systems (LTV/CAC, retention, incrementality) and privacy/compliance.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial terms and representing the company with clients, investors, and media.
• Ability to structure and lead multi-functional teams (product, growth, data, ops, finance, legal).
• Work on-site in Berlin, Germany.
