What you will do

• Own Application Intelligence across App Discovery, HEART Analytics, and Portfolio Overview.
• Deliver outcome-linked metrics, connecting usage data to business outcomes.
• Design analytics to provide actionable insights for executives.
• Define how to connect engagement, cost, and risk data across hundreds of applications.
• Define the integration strategy for combining hirify.global behavioral data with various external data sources.
• Extend analytics to measure AI assistants' and agents' impact on productivity and ROI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience on data/analytics products within a modern product organisation.
• Experience building analytics for executives or senior leaders.
• Ability to start with business questions rather than data.
• Strong opinions on data visualisation for time-poor executives.
• Experience in enterprise B2B product analytics.
• Ability to gather insights by talking to customers and observing product usage.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
