Senior Product Manager (ESG): Own the development and execution of new ESG products, ensuring they align with evolving international regulations with an accent on integrating legal requirements into product roadmaps. Location: Hybrid in Mannheim, Germany (3 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX, development, and product delivery teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by staying informed on legal requirements and integrating them into product roadmaps.
• Act as the in-house product expert by keeping up-to-date with ESG legislation and proactively adapting product strategies.

Requirements

• Expertise in B2B SaaS product management, covering both product discovery and delivery.
• Experience working very closely with software engineers to build and improve products.
• Ability to drive data-informed decision-making by using market insights, customer feedback, and regulatory trends.
• Skills in balancing business, design, and technology by aligning diverse stakeholder needs.
• English: C1 level required.

Nice to have

• Prior knowledge of ESG laws.
• German language skills.
