What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, development, and product delivery to bring products to life
• Ensure regulatory compliance by integrating evolving ESG legal requirements into product roadmaps
• Act as the in-house product expert on ESG legislation and adapt strategies proactively
• Drive data-informed decision-making using market insights, customer feedback, and regulatory trends
• Balance business, design, and technology needs to build intuitive and impactful products

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Mannheim, Germany
• English: C1 level required for effective global communication
• Experience in B2B SaaS product management covering product discovery and delivery
• Strong collaboration with software engineers to build and improve products
• Interest or knowledge in ESG laws and sustainability compliance
