What you will do

• Provide strategic guidance and leadership for Language Excellence initiatives, especially for German market customers.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders, advising on language quality and AI-driven enhancements.
• Lead a specialized team of Language Excellence Managers supporting strategic and global accounts.
• Represent hirify.global as a senior subject-matter expert in linguistic quality and AI-powered language solutions.
• Ensure the deployment of the most effective language models, tools, and frameworks to meet customer expectations.
• Own quality outcomes for the strategic customer portfolio and continuously drive improvements across workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Language Management, Localization Quality, or related leadership roles.
• Strong strategic and leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Customer-centric mindset and experience working with large, complex technology-driven organizations.
• Fluency in German (spoken and written – required).
• Proven experience working with German-market customers.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional or matrixed teams in global, distributed environments.
