What you will do

• Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for hirify.global's central Display Advertising service.
• Partner with advertisers and globally spread stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions.
• Drive the cross-functional team to define, measure, and achieve ambitious qualitative and quantitative goals.
• Communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal partners, leadership teams, and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• You gained at least 4+ years of product experience working with an engineering team in ad tech.
• You have strong problem-solving skills and sound business judgment.
• You can synthesize a strategy, build a product roadmap, and are dedicated at executing to achieve your business goals.
• You are comfortable facilitating planning and decision-making across several teams, including partners.
• You possess the ability to piece together multiple data sources into actionable insights.
• You have a technical understanding of how to build products that scale, and have strong written and oral communications skills.

Nice to have

• You gained at least 3+ years of professional experience in advertising and marketing technology.
