Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager (AdTech): Developing and executing strategy and roadmap for hirify.global's central Display Advertising service with an accent on improving ad performance, expanding inventory, and optimizing yield. Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany, requiring 2 days a week on campus

What you will do

• Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for hirify.global's central Display Advertising service.
• Identify opportunities to improve ad performance, expand inventory, and optimize yield.
• Partner with advertisers and globally spread stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions.
• Drive the cross-functional team (engineering, analytics, design, etc.) to define, measure, and achieve ambitious goals.
• Clearly communicate product plans, progress, and results to a wide range of audiences.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of product experience working with an engineering team in AdTech.
• Strong problem-solving skills, business judgment, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to synthesize a strategy, build a product roadmap, and dedicate to execution.
• Comfortable facilitating planning and decision-making across several teams.
• Ability to piece together multiple data sources into actionable insights.
• Technical understanding of how to build products that scale, with strong written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• At least 3+ years of professional experience in advertising and marketing technology.
