What you will do
- Deliver candidate sourcing, research, and market intelligence solutions for direct hiring activities.
- Support Business & Commercial Banking, Corporate & Institutional Banking, and Insurance, Pensions & Investments.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, build a warm bench, and attract high-potential passive talent for Front Office roles.
- Act as a subject matter expert in sourcing methodologies, leveraging advanced tools and techniques.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday and ensure compliance with LBG hiring policies.
- Increase individual knowledge and practical application of AI by incorporating AI-driven approaches into sourcing workflows.
Requirements
- Strategic sourcing methods utilizing advanced tools and techniques, particularly for Front Office business pillars.
- Deep knowledge of market intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Talent Neuron, Draup, and Horsefly.
- Understanding of direct sourcing and talent research methods, including search string and data mining.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive research, interpret/translate data, and create market mapping and intelligence reports.
- In-house Front Office recruitment and proactive sourcing experience is essential.
- Previous experience of hiring or headhunting senior-level positions into commercial, corporate, or investment banking is required.
Nice to have
- Strong sourcing fundamentals, including Boolean search, candidate outreach, and initial talent mapping.
- Good stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to take briefs and provide clear updates.
- Experience in using Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Avature CRM, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Talent Neuron, Draup, and Avature.
- Data-aware mindset, able to use basic metrics to prioritize work and monitor pipeline health.
