What you will do
- Lead and deliver the recruitment strategy for senior and experienced hires.
- Proactively source and engage senior talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and targeted outreach.
- Manage senior hiring pipelines through the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and visibility.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on hiring strategy and talent trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting senior or experienced hires in a commercial or high growth environment.
- Strong track record of directly sourcing passive candidates.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
- Confident using recruitment data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
